EU Returns Policy
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your artwork, without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days as a matter of goodwill.
To return an item:
Contact us at info@aoapprojects.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm your return by email and provide instructions for sending the artwork back to us.
Condition of returns:
Artworks must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please take care when repacking - we recommend using the original materials where possible. We cannot accept returns for works that have been damaged after delivery.
Return postage:
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned artwork, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original delivery costs are refunded where you are cancelling under your statutory right to cancel.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your artwork arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will arrange a resolution at no cost to you.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
