Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. Art prints and greeting cards must be undamaged and in resaleable condition.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider and your location.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items
