Alice Campbell (b. 1995) is a Scottish artist whose work depicts surreal, other-worldly and playful imagery, characterised by a strong narrative sensibility. Working primarily in painting and printmaking, she creates imagined characters and environments that often disregard the logic and order of the real world. While her imagery frequently draws upon personal experience, her practice is also informed by folklore, mythology and the visual language of illuminated manuscripts.

Campbell graduated with a First Class BA (Hons) in Fine Art from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, Dundee (2013–2017). Recent exhibitions include The Thread That Pulls at the Visual Arts Scotland Open Exhibition (2025), A Winter Selection at Castlegate House Gallery (2026), the Morningside Gallery Small Paintings Exhibition (2026), A Spring Selection at Castlegate House Gallery (2025), the 10x10 Group Show at Tatha Gallery (2024), the Winter Exhibition at Kilmorack Gallery (2024–25), a window display at the Centre for Contemporary Arts, Glasgow (2024), and the Scottish Show at Panter & Hall, London (2024).

Her awards and residencies include the Cortex Frontal Residency, Portugal (2025), the Hope Scott Trust Grant (2022), an A-N Time Space Money Bursary (2022), the Eaton Fund Grant (2021), a Grampus Heritage Traditional Skills Residency in Cyprus (2020), the Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolour Alexander Graham Munro Travel Award (2018), the Ninewells Radiology Art Prize (2017), the Royal Scottish Academy John Kinross Scholarship to Florence (2017), and the Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolour Watermark Award (2015).

Her work is held in the collections of the Royal Scottish Academy, Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, and Ninewells Hospital, Dundee.
