Natalie Terenzini (b. 1996, San Diego, California) lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. Working primarily in oil paint, her practice explores themes of selfhood, intimacy and desire through psychologically charged figurative paintings. Terenzini’s works frequently feature characters modelled on her own likeness, engaged in private or introspective moments that expose an inner emotional landscape to the viewer. Balancing vulnerability with theatricality, her paintings investigate the tension between observation, performance and personal disclosure.
Terenzini completed an MFA at the New York Academy of Art (2018–2020), following a BFA at Laguna College of Art and Design (2014–2018).
Recent solo exhibitions include PM/AM at PM/AM (2024), As Good As It Gets at Thierry Goldberg Gallery (2023), and Mouse Trap at Thierry Goldberg Gallery (2022). Selected group exhibitions include Here’s Looking at You at Plato Gallery (2025).
